Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

 


Exceptions/Non-Return Items
Certain types of items (such as special orders or personal items) cannot be returned. Please call if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
